Xiao Wen Ju

Xiao Wen Ju (b. May 19, 1992) is an internationally recognized fashion model from China. Her extensive runway credits include 2015 shows for Chloe, Maison Margiela, Public School, Max Mara, and 3.1 Philip Lim. She has also appeared on the catwalk for Acne, Anna Sui, Alexandre Vauthier, Coach, Cushnie et Ochs, Costume National, Diane von Furstenberg, Dolce & Gabbana, DKNY, Etam, Esteban Cortazer, Dsquared2, Fendi, Giambattista Valli, Hakaan, Hermes, Jil Sander, Hugo Boss, Lanvin, Jill Stewart, Prada, Ports 1961, Marc Jacobs, Moschino Cheap & Chic, Nicole Miller, Miu Miu, Oscar de la Renta, Opening Ceremony, Peter Som, Rochas, Rag & Bone, Topshop, Aganovich, and Valentino. Xiao Wen Ju was featured in lookbooks for Gap, Public School, and Opening Ceremony in 2014 and Louis Vuitton in 2012.

Since 2012, she has appeared twice on the cover of Numéro China, as well as Glass Magazine, French Revue de Modes, Elle France, China’s modern Weekly, Harper’s Bazaar China, i-D Magazine, L’Officiel Singapore, Surface China, Vogue Australia, and Vogue China. Her numerous editorial credits include the American Vogue pieces “Perfume Mania,” “Talent Show,” “Classic Pop,” “Seeing Double,” “Bringing Back the Magic,” “Jewel in the Crown,” “Blow Up,” and “A Man for All Seasons.” She has also been featured in British Vogue, Elle China, CR Fashion Book, Harper’s Bazaar, Interview Magazine, Marie Claire China, Love Magazine, Portrait, The New York Times Magazine, Oyster Magazine, V, Vogue Australia, Vogue China, and W Magazine. She also made an appearance in the 2015 Valentino campaign “The Return of Derek and Hansel,” a reference to the film Zoolander, a popular comedy about the fashion industry. In 2014, she was nominated for Best Street Style by for her elegant yet funky ensembles which often feature fur coats or eccentric accessories, such as a jacket with her name embroidered on the back. She has often been photographed in street clothes by Tommy Ton, making her a fixture of fashion on and off the runway. Xiao Wen recently appeared with Tian Yi and male models Tang Xiao Tian and River Huang in the video editorial “A Band Apart” for Vogue China's 100th issue in 2013.

Xiao Wen Ju has appeared in advertisements for Lane Crawford, Chanel Beauty, Dior, Bloomingdale’s, Kenzo, Sephora, Opening Ceremony, Babyghost, and Shiatzy Chen. In 2015, she was featured in ads for the fragrance Chanel Chance, as well as DKNY's spring campaign and Coach's Dreamers campaign. She is ranked number 22 in’s list of the top 50 female models. Xiao Wen Ju is known for her distinctive eyes and flawless skin. She enjoys watching films in her spare time, and her favorite is Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Jonathan Saunders is one of her favorite designers. She is also fond of working out and relaxing with friends, and is very popular among her fellow models. She has a large online following and often appears on fashion blogs. Xiao Wen is known for her low key sense of humor as much as her strong work ethic, often sticking out her tongue, flashing a peace sign, or laughing in street style photos.

She works with IMG in New York and Paris and Bravo Models Tokyo.
