Jakob Hybholt was discovered by a photographer, who then took him to a modeling agency and convinced him that he should sign up.
Jakob Hybholt said that the best thing about being a model is the travel, which you do, do a lot. You are able to learn about other cultures and see the world differently. He said that he once went to Tokyo and was there for a couple of months with work and he found that he wasn’t a tourist there anymore but part of it.
When Jakob Hybholt has time to chill he likes to spend his time watching movies and being with friends.
His areas of interest are in social life, TV shows and documentaries. He said that he wants to bring them together. At the moment Jakob Hybholt studies this and plans to have a job in these areas in the future.
He says that his own personal style is quite classic. He likes the combination of tight jeans, white t-shirt and a leather jacket.
Jakob Hybholt describes success as having a job and waking up every morning feeling proud and happy. He said his father use to say this all the time that you don’t have to be rich and do everything; you just need to try and be happy.

In 2010 Jakob Hybholt closed the fall show for Gianfranco Ferre in Milan and he also walked for Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, Burberry, Lanvin and Dries Van Noten.
Also in 2010 Jakob Hybholt walked for the fall shows for 3.1 Phillip Lim, Rag & Bone, Richard Chai, Thom Browne and Lacoste in New York. He also appeared in an editorial for Wallpaper that was photographed by Andreas Sjodin. He then went on to model for the Burberry catalogue and also featured in the spring issue of Vogue Hommes International that was photographed by Walter Pfeiffer.
In 2011, Jakob Hybholt closed the spring show in New York for Tommy Hilfiger. Jakob Hybholt has a future in the fashion world and he sure to be in more magazines and walk the runway.
