Frida Aasen is a Norwegian model. She was born on December 5, 1994 in Kristians, Norway. She spent most of her early childhood in her hometown. Her regular trips to the mall turned out to be a surprise when Donna Loanna, a modeling agent, approached her with a startling proposition to work as a model. She was merely 14 years old then. She accepted the proposition and was signed by Women Management, a modeling agency.
Her career started with a photo shoot for Marie Claire and Flair in Italy in 2011, at just 16 years. She then traveled to New York as a model for Alberta Ferretti. Her big break came in September 2011 with her debut for the Prada spring fashion show in Milan. This helped her land the spring Louis Vuitton and Loewe shows in Paris. In 2012 she was photographed by Sean and Seng for the editorial in Numero magazine. She was also photographed for the cover of Dazed & Confused magazine. She also appeared in the spring issue of Love photographed by Solve Sundsbo.
Her modeling career came to a halt, as she planned to complete her schooling. Though good shows were missed, she still was in the limelight, as Vogue quoted her to be the face to watch in the 2013 modeling circuit. After her schooling, she returned to the modeling circuit and featured in advertisements for Dsquared2, Tory Burch, Sanctuary fall, Material Girl. She also appeared in editorials for CR fashion book and Vogue. She was featured on the cover of Elle Norway and Elle Turkey.
