Emina Cunmulaj

Emina Cunmulaj was born September 12, 1984 in Michigan USA, to Albanian parents, and is a successful model. At 4 years old she moved to Montenegro, and this is where she has lived for most of her life. She is now happily married.

At the time that the model lived in Montenegro, the country was in the midst of a lot of war activity and turmoil, so her childhood was difficult, and she had to go through a lot. This was one of the reasons that she was eager to leave the country, and the opportunity to do so came in the form of a modelling contract.

She was discovered as a model when she took part in an Elite Model Look Yugoslavia 2001 contest and was a semi-finalist. After the contest, despite her not being a winner, she signed a contract with Elite model management.

At the age 17, Cunmulaj moved back to America in pursuit of a modelling career and was managed by Marilyn Model Management. While living in Jersey she also went back to school, and this is where she met her husband. At 18, her whole life changed and things started happening very quickly, after leaving school, she got married and became an established model.

In the years the followed, Cunmulaj travelled around the globe, spending most of her time split between Europe and the USA. In 2004, she walked the fall shows for Dries Van Noten, Viktor & Rolf, and Yves Saint Laurent in Paris. Since signing up to modelling agencies, Cunmulaj has walked for many names such as Kenneth Cole and Carolina Herrera.

Cunmulaj has appeared on the cover of several magazines, her first feature was in 2007 in the American magazine, Surface. The year after that she featured on the cover of the UK's Harper's Bazaar. In the following years, she was on the cover for Vogue, Elle and Marie Claire in a range of countries.

Cunmulaj is 180cm tall, with an 84cm bust, 61cm waist and 91cm hips. She wears size 7 shoes and has brown hair and brown eyes.
