Yulia Vasiltsova

Yulia Vasiltsova (b. October 20, 1985) is an up and coming fashion model born in Moscow, Russia. She is known for her blonde hair, blue eyes, lips, naturalism, and classic features. She debuted on the runway with ready-to-wear spring/summer 2003 collections for Fake London and Hamish Morrow, and has since appeared in fashion shows for world famous brands such as Moon Young Hee, Mispelaere, Simultaneous, Veronique Branquinho, Byblos, Anteprima, Betty Jackson, Kenzo, Miki Fukai, Pringle, Akris, Moschino Cheap & Chic, Rafael Lopez, Adam + Eve, Diane von Furstenberg, Form, Twinkle, Vivienne Tam, Reyes, ISSA, Jason Wu, Aigner, Allegra Hicks, Vivinne Westwood, Marc Bouwer, Jeremy Laing, Blugirl, Charlotte Ronson, Cynthia Steffe, Doo Ri, Frankie Morello, Iisli, Luisa Beccaria, Mariella Burani, Milly, Naum, Paola Frani, Thakoon, Tommy Hilfiger, Tuleh, Undercover, United Bamboo, Dirk Bikkembergs, Guerriero, Iceberg, and Antonio Marras. After receiving early acclaim for her debut on the runway, Vasiltsova is poised to become one of fashion's most talked about models.

She has appeared on the cover of Woman Spain (January 2013), Madame Figaro Belgium (October 2012), Madame Figaro France (August 2012), French Revue de Modes (March 2010), L’Officiel Russia (July/August 2006), and D (February 2003). Her editorial credits include July 2013 appearances in Glamour Italy and a November 2011 stint in Grazia France, among others. A recent Marie Claire shoot showed her in a series of black ensembles, including a veil, and was photographed in dramatic black and white by Slava Filippov. In 2010, Vasiltsova appeared in an advertisement for ba&sh. She has also worked on campaigns for DKNY, Benetton, Hotkiss, Roccobarocco, Reiss, Caramelo, and Max&co. Vasiltsova has been photographed by Peter Gehrke for the Grazia France editorial “Jean Genie” and by Pamela Hanson for Glamour Italy’s “Daily Dose of Denim,” associating her more with casual denim looks than haute couture. However, Vasiltsova is an extremely versatile model who has worked with dozens of international designers and showcased a wide variety of styles. Like many models, she has used her experience of the fashion industry to travel the world and cultivate interests on and off the runway. Although she is passionate about her modeling career, in her spare time she enjoys photography, and uses her extensive travel and modeling work as a reason to take lots of pictures.

Vasiltsova works through D Models Athens, Modelwerk, Uno Models, Elite Model Management, Next Model Management New York, April Models, and Grace Models.
