Tori Praver

Tori Praver-Fuller (b. June 4, 1986) is a well-known American fashion model and swimwear designer. She was born in San Diego, California but grew up in Maui, Hawaii. Praver-Fuller is best known for appearing in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue from 2007-2009, which featured Joanne Gair body painting. She also became the youngest ever face of Guess in 2006 at the age of 17, a position which had previously belonged to Naomi Campbell, Claudia Schiffer, Anna Nicole Smith, Drew Barrymore, and Paris Hilton. She was featured in runway shows for Miss Sixty, Cynthia Rowley, and opened the 2008 spring show for Halston. After achieving success on the runway, Praver-Fuller went on to appear in multiple ad campaigns and magazine spreads. Advertisements she has worked on include Goldenpoint’s fall/winter 2010 campaign, as well as ads for Billabong, Izod, Letarte Swimwear, Macy’s, Arby’s, Ralph Lauren, Redken, Liu-Jo, Tally Weijl, and Yamamay.

She appeared on the cover of Elle Italy in March 2010 and July 2011, as well as Vogue Russia in October 2009. Praver-Fuller was also featured on the cover of Cosmopolitan Portugal in 2007 and Italian Glamour in October 2006. She appeared on the cover of US Cosmopolitan in September 2006 and March 2007. Editorial credits include Elle Spain in 2012 and Vogue Russia, Pop Magazine, and Love in 2010. Praver-Fuller was also photographed by Liz Collins for a beauty editorial in Numero in December of 2008. She is known for her blonde hair, blue eyes, and laid back, beach inspired style.

Although she was discovered at age 13 while shopping in Maui, she decided to put off a modeling career for a few years after traveling to New York for a trial period. In 2013, she married professional surfer Danny Fuller, and now divides her time between homes in New York and Venice, California. Their wedding was photographed for Vogue. After gaining years of experience in the fashion industry, Praver-Fuller launched a popular line of designer swimwear, Tori Praver Swimwear, in 2009. Her line has been endorsed by celebrities such as Brooklyn Decker and Jessica Alba, and has been featured in Elle, Lucky, and Vogue. Her swimsuit designs are practical for swimming while remaining stylish and intricately detailed, and are available from major retailers, luxury boutiques, and on her website, which features couture as well as ready-to-wear pieces. She also has a young daughter named Ryan who has modeled Praver’s baby line of swimsuits. Her close friends include Bar Refaeli, Veronica Varekova, Guinevere van Seenus, and Oluchi Onweagba. When she is not working on her designs, she enjoys boxing, surfing, visiting juice bars, and listening to the music of the Beach Boys. In recent years she has done less modeling in order to spend time with her family and focus on her career as a designer.

Agencies she has worked with include: IMG, Uno Models, Pusle Management, Modellink Model Agency, and 2PM Model Management.
