In 2004 Riley Keough signed with IMG, she opened the fall shows for D&G and Dolce & Gabbana in Milan, she appeared in an ad campaign for David Yurman, she was on the cover of Vogue with Lisa Marie Presley her mum and Priscilla Presley her grandmother, she walked the spring show for Christian Dior in Paris and was on the cover of Elle France.
In 2005 she was in an editorial for Elle, she was on the cover of British Elle, she was on the cover of French L’Officiel, she became the face of Christian Dior and was again on the cover of L’Officiel France.
