In 2008 Lovani Pinnow entered into the Ford Supermodel Contest in Brazil. She then went on to sign with Ten Models in Brazil and started to model locally.
In 2009 she modeled for the spring ad campaign for Levi’s, she made her debut in the fall show for Jason Wu in New York and also walked for Catherine Malandrino, Carolina Herrera, Narciso Rodriguez and Carlos Miele, in Milan she walked the fall shows for Marni, Jil sander, Aquilano e Rimondi and D&G, in Paris she opened the fall show for Haider Ackermann and also walked for Dries Van Noten and Nina Ricci, she was photographed for the Versace man fragrance, she appeared in an editorial for Harper’s Bazaar, she walked the spring shows for Alexandre Herchcovitch, Carolina Herrera, Moschino, D&G and Haider Ackermann in New York, Milan and Paris and she appeared in an editorial for Vogue Brazil.
