In 2009 Liennea Regnander began to model and signed with IMG worldwide. She made her debut for the fall show for Valentino couture in Paris, she modeled for the fall Catalogue for Cheap Monday, she walked the spring shows for BCBG Max Azria, Alexander Wang, 3.1 Phillip Lim and Calvin Klein in New York, she opened the spring show for Versus in Milan and also walked for Bottega Veneta and she walked the spring show sin Paris for Miu Miu, Celine, Valentino, Giambattista Valli, Kenzo and Dries Van Noten.
In 2011 she walked the spring show for Elie Saab couture in Paris and opened the fall show for Pringle of Scotland in London. She was also on the Bon Magazine; she appeared in an ad campaign for Bommerang and appeared in editorials for Dazed and Confused, Bon Magazine, Contributor Magazine and Oyster Magazine.
In 2012 Liennea Regnander appeared in an ad campaign for Jigsaw, she appeared in an editorial for Mixte and Flair, she was on the cover of Elle Germany twice and she walked for Rodarte, Band of Outsiders, Jen Kao, Lela Rose and Holmes & Yang.
In 2013 Liennea Regnander appeared in editorials for Elle France and Grazia Italy.
In 2014 Liennea Regnander appeared in an ad campaign for Trussardi. Her lookbooks include a 2011 lookbook for Prada spring/summer.
