In 2008 Lena Lomkova signed with Major Management Paris and went on to make her debut by walking the fall show in Paris for Nina Ricci. She also signed with Trump Management New York and Why Not Agency in Milan, she walked as an exclusive for the spring Prada show in Milan and in Paris she walked the spring shows for Hussein Chalavan, Cacharel, Miu Miu and Giambattista Valli.
In 2009 Lena Lomkova appeared in an editorial for Wonderful Magazine. In January Lena Lomkova was featured in Teen Vogue and with her gamine looks and feline eyes she is becoming a firm favorite. She also walked the spring shows for Armand Basi One, Miu Miu, Giambattista Valli, Hussein Chalayan, Paul Smith, Prada and Luisa Beccaria, she walked the spring show for Christian Lacroix couture and walked the pre-fall show for Moschino and Giambattista and walked the fall shows for Rachel Comey, Io Ipse Idem and Luisa Beccario.
