Kori Richardson began modeling in 2004 and at 14 years old she signed a contract with Giovanni Management and also signed with Vision Management in New York.
In 2006, Kori Richardson decided to leave her mother agency and signed with Elmer Olsen Models and in 2007 she left Vision Management and signed on with IMG Development.
She then made her debut by walking in the resort show for Gucci in New York. She then went on to walk for Calvin Klein in New York.
This was just the start of her modeling career and since she has walked for big designers, been in editorials and even graced the covers of a few magazines.

Also in 2007, Kori Richardson was on the cover of French Revue de Modes; she debuted at the Milan Fashion Week where she walked the spring show for Jil sander as an exclusive and she walked for alexander McQueen, Chanel, Balenciaga and Yves Saint Laurent in Paris.
In 2008, Kori Richardson modeled for print ads with Georgia Frost for H&M, she walked the spring shows in Paris for Elie Saab, Chanel and Givenchy, she opened the fall show for Amanda Wakeley in London, she opened and closed the show for Vanessa Bruno in Paris, she appeared in an editorial for i-D that was photographed by Daniel Jackson, she appeared in an editorial for Another Magazine that was photographed by Daniel Jackson and appeared in a Muse editorial. Kori Richardson also walked the fall show sin Paris for Anne Valerie Hash, Chanel, Christian Dior, Valentino and Givenchy, in Rome she walked the resort show for Gucci, she was on the cover for Dazed & Confused that was photographed by Will Davidson, she was in an editorial for Italian Vogue, she opened the spring show in London for Roksanda Ilincic as well as walking for Lanvin, Chanel, Jil Sander, Miu Miu and Yves Saint Laurent and she appeared in an editorial for Numero.
In 2009, Kori Richardson walked the spring shows for Elie Saab, Chanel and Christian Dior in Paris. She then decided to skip fashion week, but made a return to the runway by walking for Chanel show in Venice. She then went on to walk for Christian Lacroix, Chanel, Armani Prive and Elie Saab in Paris, she was part of an ad campaign for Burberry and she appeared in an editorial for Chinese Vogue that was photographed by Richard Burbridge.
In 2010, she opened the fall show in Paris for Emanuel Ungaro and closed for Barbara Bui and Jil sander, she appeared in an editorial for V, she was on the cover for Italian Marie Claire, she closed the spring shows for Aquilano Rimondi and Just Cavalli in Milan, she was again on the cover of Marie Claire Italia and appeared in an editorial for W.
In 2011, Kori Richardson appeared in an editorial for German Vogue; she modeled for the spring ad campaign for DKNY and closed the fall show in Milan for Jil Sander.
In 2012, she was part of an ad campaign for Nordstrom and she appeared in editorials for Marie Claire, Vogue Netherlands, V and Marie Claire.
