However, in 2009 Kelsey Van Mook was back on the runway and walked for Charlotte Ronson, Rachel Comey, L’Wren Scoot, Tracy Reese, Abaete and Tory Burch for their fall shows in New York. She went on to open the show in Paris for the fall for Givenchy. She then became one of the most sought after newcomers for the season.
Kelsey Van Mook also was on the cover for Vogue Australia where she was pictured wearing Gucci, which was thought to be the most dangerous collection for fall/winter 2009/2010.

She also appeared in an editorial for Spanish vogue that was photographed by Mark Pillai and then did another editorial for the magazine that was photographed by Tesh.
In 2011, Kelsey Van Mook opened the fall show for Nanette Lepore in New York and closed for Yohji Yamamoto, she appeared din an editorial for Interview that was photographed by Robbie Fimmano and was in an editorial for Italian Amica that was photographed by Richard Phibbs.
In 2012, she walked for J.Crew, she was on the cover for Elle Mexico, she appeared in editorials for Amica, Interview and Elle Mexico and she appeared in an ad campaign for Pennyblack.
In 2013, she was in an ad campaign for Sandro; she did editorials for Vogue Italia, Elle UK, Vogue Japan and Vogue Ukraine and walked for Givenchy, Creatures of the Wind and Chanel.
In 2014, Kelsey Van Mook appeared in editorials for Glamour UK, Pulp Magazine and L’Officiel Mexico.
