She has also been on the cover for Elle Italy and been in ad campaigns for Jean Paul Gaultier, Gap and Uniglo Jeans.

In 2009, she became a finalist for the elite Model Look in France through Myspace. She then went on to sign with Elite in Paris. Later in 2009 she made her debut for the spring show in Paris for Lanvin as well as walking for Yves Saint Laurent and Dries Van Noten and she also closed the spring show in Paris for Kenzo.
In 2010, Kelly Moreira modeled for the spring Uniqlo ad campaign, she was in an editorial for Teen Vogue that was photographed by Jason Kibbler, a Japanese Vogue editorial that was photographed by Mikael Jansson, an Interview editorial that was photographed by Mikael Jansson and she also became one of the faces of Jean Paul Gaultier.
In 2011, she was in an editorial for Italian Vogue that was photographed by Ellen Von Unwerth and she opened the spring show for Tracy Reese in New York.
In 2012, Kelly Moreira appeared in ad campaigns for Gap, she appeared in editorials for Teen Vogue, she was on the cover of Elle Italia and she walked for Tracy Reese and Banana Republic.
In 2013, she walked for Dior, Allude and Y-3.
More recently in 2014 Kelly Moreira was on the cover of Marie Claire France.
