Karmen Pedaru was born on May 10, 1990 in Estonia. She is from Kehra, Estonia, but lives in New York now. For some time, she played for Estonia’s national soccer team as a goal keeper. Other than that, the model has grown up playing handball, basketball, and basketball ever since she was 5 years old. Even with her hectic schedule, whenever she gets some leisure time, she spends it playing tennis, indulging in different water sports and eating pizza, pasta and lots of sweets.
Karmen says that her most memorable moment is the time she got signed for Vogue India only ten days after she was discovered. She also says that her most embarrassing moment was falling on the ramp during a catwalk. On 14 December, 2012, Karmen Pedaru married Riccardo Ruini.
