Julia Stegner

Julia Stegner is a German model. As a child, she was a model for seven years and featured in commercials and children’s catalogues.

In high school, Julia Stegner loved basketball and at 6’ tall she was the perfect fit for the sport. Her nickname then was Bean Bar.

At 15, she discovered by a scout at an Oktoberfest in her hometown. After high school she was going to go and study accounting, but decided instead to move to Paris so that she was able to pursue a modeling career.

She then made her first major cover appearance for Elle magazine. She was signed by Supreme Management and in no time at all, she opened the 2003 Yves Saint Laurent show.

In 2003 she did campaigns for Sportmax and Strenesse.

In 2004, Julia Stegner had created a reputation and was in high demand. She has walked for big fashion houses including Ralph Lauren, Yves Saint Laurent, Dolce & Gabbana and Club Monaco.

Julia Stegner made her first cover appearance for Elle Magazine in Paris and then was signed by Supreme Management. After this it took her just four months to open the fall show in 2013 for Yves Saint Laurent.

Also in 2003 she did campaigns for Sportmax and Strenesse as well as others. She was also on the cover for French, Italian, German and Nippon Vogue.

In 2004, Julia Stegner had completed ad campaigns for Yves Saint Laurent, Celine, Ralph Lauren, Dolce & Gabbana and Dior. For several seasons she was the house model for Hugo Boss.

In 2005, Julia Stegner was in a campaign for Chloe and also walked shows for Shiatzy Chen, Anna Sui, Gucci, Lanvin, Valentino and Versace.

In 2005, Julia Stegner modeled for the Pirelli Calendar where she was half nude. Not only that she has also done print and runway work for the fur industry. She modeled furs for American Legend Minks and others.

Julia Stegner has been the face for Guerlain KissKiss, Aquascutum, Hugo Boss perfume and Hugo Boss eyewear and Femme.

In 2008, Julia Stegner was the face for Gianfranco Ferre and Maybelline.

In 2009, Julia Stegner was the face for ad campaigns for Mercedes Benz.

More recently she did an ad campaign for LOFT spring, appeared in an editorial for Vogue Australia, and was on the cover for vogue Italia in 2014 and in 2013 she walked for Balenciaga and Tom Ford.
