In 1997, Julia Dunstall was approached by Model Models but she rejected the contract so that she was able to finish school.
In 2005, Julia Dunstall decided to sign with Women Management.
She then her made debut for the spring shows in Paris and walked for Chanel, Dries Van Noten, Balenciaga and Yves Saint Laurent. She also appeared in an editorial for Vogue Italy ion 2005 that was photographed by Vincent Peters.
