Janeta Samp Profile

Born in Gdynia, Poland on January 7th 1987, Janeta Samp is a European fashion model who is well known for her striking eyes. Samp measures 5’11’ in height, has dark blonde hair, green eyes and has measurements of 33 bust, 24 waist and 35 hips with a size 11 shoe and size 2 dress. [1]

Samp’s career in the modeling industry began in 2005 when as a teenager she was signed with Viva Paris. In July of her first year in the fashion world, she made her debut on the runway for Christian Dior at the fall show in Paris. The remainder of the year saw Samp sign with two further modeling agencies, these being Why Not Milan and DNA Management, and her big break in terms of print modeling came when she appeared in an ad campaign alongside Alessandra Ambrosio for A/X Armani Exchange.

Samp finished 2005 on the runway when she was selected to both open and close the spring show for Celine in Paris. 2006 proved to be a very successful for year in print for Samp as she appeared in a number of ad campaigns and was featured in several high profile fashion publications. The highlights of this year’s work included an editorial in Cosmopolitan magazine, a feature in Flair magazine shot by renowned photographer Lucio Gelsi and becoming the face of both Armani Collezioni and Lanyin eyewear in their new ad campaigns.

Once again, 2007 began on the runway for Samp with a walking engagement for Guy Laroche, opening his fall show in Paris. Samp’s other runway appearances since 2007 have included walking the spring shows in Milan for both Giorgio Armani and Gianfranco Ferre, opening in Milan for Emporio Armani and closing in Milan for Krizia. Her prominence in print media also continued with a feature in German Elle magazine in July 2007 shot by Phillip von Hessen and an appearance in the fall look book of Aquascutum. [2]
