Iris van Berne is a professional fashion model from Holland. She was first discovered in 2009 and since then has graced the catwalk for many fashion shows.

She has walked for names like, Giorgio Armani, Les Hommes, Nicole Farhi, Topshop Unique, Pringle of Scotland, Paul Smith, DKNY and many, many more. Not only is Iris van Berne been picked up for plenty of runway shows, she has also done campaign work, appeared in editorials and been on the cover of magazines.

Iris van Berne has classic model features that are also modern and refined.

Iris has said that she would love to visit any tropical island, as she likes sunshine, silence and having the chance to relax. Her favorite food is a simple Dutch croquette and her favorite fragrance is I Love Love by Moschino or Burberry Brit.

Work History by Year

In 2009, CODE Management discovered Iris Van Berne. She was then signed by NEXT Model Management for New York, Milan, Paris and London. Her career then soon took off and she started to model for fashion houses which included Gianfranco Ferre and Missoni.

In 2012 Iris was chosen to walk for Prada and this is when her high fashion career began to reach new heights.

She went on to work for Dutch Vogue as well the German, Mexican and Japanese Vogue’s. She also modeled for Valentino, Dior, Chanel, Celine and Gucci as well as countless others.

Not only that, Versace even called Iris a muse.

Through her career she has also been the face of COS, Grant, Cachael and Oscar de la Renta.

Iris van Berne has also done campaign work for Janet & Janet, Suno and Spijkers en Spijkers

Her editorials include Harper’s Bazaar Japan, Female, Nu You, Style, Blend, Bon, vogue Australia, Common & Sense, Grazia Italia, Wallpaper, Tank, M, Amica, Dossier, Elle Tokyo, Harper’s Bazaar Singapore, The Ones 2 Watch and the Dutch version of Elle. Iris has also graced the covers of Blend, Female, Wallpaper and Amica.

Iris van Berne was noted as a key break out star during the Fall/Winter 20123 collections as she made four exclusive appearances for Versace, Miu Miu, Prada and Yves Saint Laurent.

She then went on to walk 42 runways at the Spring/Summer 2013 season, which defiantly established her as a model that has countless prospects for the future.

Her latest cover is for the July 2013, Singles magazine and more recently in march 2015 she did an editorial in Glamour Germany for Chic Anni 70s.
