Iris Egbers is represented by Supreme Management. She was considered a top 10 newcomer in 2011. She was born in the Netherlands where she started working before reaching international fame. She was discovered in 2009. She signed with Women Paris before switching to Supreme Management in 2010. While she was discovered in 2009 her first debut was in 2010 after being developed as a model.
She was first signed with Women Paris before switching to Supreme Management. She has also worked for Wilhelmina NY, Women Milan, and Uno Models Barcelona.
In 2010, Iris debuted at the New York spring show for Calvin Klein. She was an exclusive model for that show only. She also debuted in Milan and Paris in 2010 walking the spring shows for Jil Sander, Alberta Ferretti, Miu Miu, Dries Van Noten, Celine, and Alexander McQueen. To finish the year off she appeared in her first editorial for Dazed and Confused. She was photographed by Hugh Lippe.
In the next year, Iris appeared in the January 2011 W editorial with photographs done by Willy Vanderperre. She also opened the spring show in September 2011 for Charlotte Ronson, Trussardi, Suno, and Costume National. The shows occurred in New York, Paris and Milan. She closed the shows for Costume National, Helmut Lang, Charlotte Ronson, and Adam.
Another highlight of her career was an editorial in January 2012 for Numero Japan. She was photographed by Denise Boomkens.
Since her career start in 2010, Iris has been on the cover of two magazines. The first was in 2011. She was on the spring/summer publication of The Room. The cover is just the first shot in the publication. She also appears in the Multiverse by Johan S for that publication. The second cover was in 2013 for Vogue Portugal. It was published in 2013 March with photographs by Kevin Sinclair.
