Elsa Benitez

Elsa Benitez is a Mexican model and television host, born on December 8, 1977. In 1999, the model married, and they had a daughter called Mila. The couple later divorced and she is now dating producer, Valerio Morabito.

Her modelling career truly began when she took part in a modelling competition in Costa Rica and won it. After this, her recognition steadily grew as she became more and more successful.

In 1996, she moved to Europe in the hope of obtaining more jobs. It was here that she was signed by Elite agency, and begun to get hired for a lot more jobs, including a turning point in her career, making it to the cover of Vogue Italia.

She also secured a place on the cover of many other magazines, including Elle, Glamour, Marie Claire, Harper's Bazaar and Mademoiselle. She then featured in US magazine, sports illustrated, which gave her worldwide recognition and success.

As well as magazines, the model also walked the runway for lots of prestigious names in the fashion industry. Advertising designers such as Chanel, Valentino, Versace, Christian Dior, MaxMara, Chloe, Escada and Cover Girl. She has also modelled for Victoria's secrets.

In 2002, the model was asked to appear in Enrique Iglesias's music video, 'Love to see you cry', to which she agreed.

In 2009, she moved back to Mexico to host Mexico's Next Top Model, a popular TV show where aspiring models would compete in order to win a modelling contract.

Although, at the moment, Benitez is a very successful fashion model, she soon hopes to move into the world of film. She has taken several acting lessons and hopes to star in Spanish and English films.

In terms of appearance, the model has brown hair and brown eyes. She has a height of 178cm, a bust of 86.5cm, a 61cm waist. She has a dress size of 4 and wears shoe size 8.
