Brad Kroenig

The stylish and handsome American fashion model, Brad Kroenig, was born on 23rd April, 1979, in St Louis, Missouri. He is one of those familiar faces you recognize in almost every popular magazine and is one of the world’s highest paid models, commanding $40,000 a day for a photo shoot. He is popular for his dark brown hair, ripped body, and greenish-brown eyes. Before his modeling career, Brad Kroenig was like any other teenager, excelling in basketball and soccer. He studied at the Oakville High School, where he earned a scholarship to play soccer at the Southern Illinois University. Two years later, he transferred to the Florida International University in Miami, which was at that time the modeling capital of the world. Therefore, his combination of being at the right place at the right time and showing off his looks in the university created the base of his modeling career. He now shifted his attention from soccer to modeling and upon the insistence of a friend met up with some modeling agencies on South Beach. Since Brad is incredibly good-looking and has a chiseled body, unlike many other prospective models, he was practically accepted by every agency he visited. However, after a lot of thinking, he signed with the Ford Modeling Agency in 2001. In 2002, he began modeling for Abercrombie & Fitch and rose through the modeling ranks at a remarkable pace. Over the years, he also appeared on the cover of V Man, featured in the editorial in Numero Homme, and in 2003, met Karl Lagerfeld who photographed Brad for Fendi. This marked the beginning of a successful modeling career for Brad. This is mainly because Brad immediately became one of the most favorite models of Karl Lagerfeld and they continued doing monthly shoots. In 2004, he appeared in the Roberto Cavalli spring advertising campaign and also featured in the Allure editorial (Photographed by Patrick Demarchelier). In 2005, his career shifted into top gear, as he featured in 500 images of Karl Lagerfeld’s photography show. Brad spent the next few years at the top of the industry, bouncing around the world on a weekly basis for numerous shoots, editorials, magazine covers, and runway shows. In 2007, he appeared in the short film, Room Service, by Johan Renck. In 2008, he modeled for the Gap advertising campaign, featured in Chanel and Chanel Sport (Photographed by Karl Lagerfeld). The same year, he also walked the Chanel Show in Paris, resort show in Miami, and starred in Chanel’s “The Silent Film”. In 2010, he appeared in numerous advertising campaigns for Jones New York, DKNY Men, and Chanel and a year later, featured in Le Chateau Fall Magazine Cover of Various Covers. In 2012, he made an incredibly cute entrance at the Chanel Métiers d’Art with his 3-year old son Hudson Kroenig. The little boy literally stole the show with his looks, confidence, and cute face. Hudson is also the godson of Karl Lagerfeld, who joined him on the catwalk as well and behind stage before the show. In 2014, he featured on the cover of Vogue Hombre and his latest appearance was reported to be on the Chanel F/W 2015 show.
