Barbara Di Creddo

Barbara Di Creddo was discovered in Joinville, Brazil after a basketball game. She and her team won the basketball game. At the time she was 16 and had hopes of being a professional athlete in basketball or volleyball. After being discovered for modeling she decided to move to New York City and pursue that career.

Her big break in modeling came with a Max Mara campaign. Another notable highlight of her career is Clairns Cosmetic campaigns where she was photographed by Patrick Demachelier. She has also done promotions for Bennetton and Armani Exchange.

Di Creddo is involved with Vao Vive as a way to support children's education in Brazil. When she is not working she is often doing something with the charity group. Many in her profession state that she is upbeat and professional whenever she is working. She told one interviewer that it is the breaks at the beach and surfing trips that keep her calm and balanced during the hard work.

Barbara is signed with IMG Models NYC where she is mostly known for editorials. She has modeled for Amica (Italy), Cake, Elle Brazil, Grazia (France), Harper's Bazaar Brazil, Marie Claire, Sepp, Vogue (Brazil and France). She has been photographed by several top names including Brooke Coffey, Christian Gaul, Derek Henderson, Diego Uchitel, Gustavo Marx, Henrique Gendre, JR Duran, Koray Birand, Nicole Heiniger, Peter Gehrke, and Richard Phibbs.

A few of her work history highlights include magazine covers in 2012 and 2006. In 2012 she appeared on the cover of Elle Mexico for the December issue. She was also on the cover of Glamour Italy for the September 2006 issue.

For editorials she is confirmed for 2012 publications of Elle Mexico, Elle Spain and Amica Italy. She was also in an editorial in 2011 called How to Spend it for the Financial Times.

Her fashion show work consists of many things including several Ready to Wear shows dating from 2005 to 2010. She was in both spring/summer and fall/winter depending on the year, sometimes in both.
