Barbara Berger

The sexy and seductive fashion/runway model, Barbara Berger, was born on July 31st, 1986, in Ponta Grossa, Parana, Brazil. She is known for her slim, petite figure, natural blonde hair, and amazingly attractive eyes and lips. Her modeling career began at the age of 18, when she signed a deal and walked the Sao Paulo Fashion Week. From the moment the crowd laid eyes on the Brazilian stunner, she became a success. Just a year after her Sao Paulo walk, Barbara was approached by Ford Models in New York and a deal was signed. The same year, she debuted at the spring Tommy Hilfiger, Thakoon, Diesel, and Cynthia Rowley shows in New York. This was a huge turning point in her career. Following her success at the shows, Barbara was asked what she loved about New York the most and her reply came seemingly easy: “Walk, walk and walk – the freedom to not have the need of a car”. From this point on, Barbara create an image of being a confident and powerful woman, thus reaching new heights. In fact, during the early years of her career, Barbara had walked pretty much every major show in New York, including Chado Raplh Rucci, Jill Stuart, BCBG, Carlos Miele, Diesel, Nicole Miller, DVF, and many others. In 2006, she also walked the Moschino, Alberta Ferretti, Max Azria, and Bill Blass shows in Milan and New York. Not to mention, she also appeared in the Brazilian Vogue Editorial (Photographed by Elina Kechicheva) and featured on the cover of L’Officiel. A year later, Barbara walked the Diane von Furstenberg and Betsey Johnson shows and closed the fall Yigal Azrouel show in New York. In 2007, she also became the face of Emporio Armani for the fall and the RED collection of Armani to benefit HIV/AIDS victims in Africa. In 2008, she signed with Women Management in Milan, walked the Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani, Trovata, and Nicole Miller spring shows in Milan and New York. At the end of 2008, she walked the Jean Paul Gaultier and Givenchy couture shows in Paris and featured in the Brazilian Vogue Editorial (Photographed by Andre Passos). In 2009, she disappeared from the modeling industry for a short period, but then returned in 2010 by featuring on the cover of Brazilian Vogue (Photographed by Jacques Dequeker) and Brazilian Elle (Photographed by Fabio Bartlet). In 2011, she appeared in Elle Brazil once again and a year later in the Unit Magazine. In 2012, she walked the Chado Ralph Rucci and Nicholas K S/S shows and appeared in the Lanca Perfume advertising campaign. In 2014, she was signed as the host of the new project of Ford Models Brazil, Ford TV. Now, Barbara Berger is one of the top Brazilian models and still the host on Ford TV, inspiring other females to join the fashion industry as well.
