Daniyarov’s career as a model began at the age of nineteen when he was signed with DNA Models in New York City in 2008. The following January, he debuted on the runway as part of Prada’s fall show in Milan and also made appearances for Jil Sander and Alexander McQueen. Shortly afterwards, Daniyarov began to work in the print side of the industry also, being chosen as the subject for a series of photographs by Willy Vandeperre that appeared in the 2009 spring issue of Arena Homme +. He once again walked for Jil Sander in June of that year, being given the honor of both opening and closing the designer’s spring show in Milan. Daniyarov’s reputation and prowess on the runway continued to flourish in 2009 as he became a much sought after model for a number of high profile designers and houses. Among the most prominent of his walking engagements for the remainder of 2009 were spring shows in Paris for Dries Van Noten, Hugo Boss, Dunhill, Raf Simons and Lanvin, and spring shows in New York for Marc Jacobs and Richard Chai.

With his reputation on the runway fully established, Daniyarov then began to become a much more regular feature in print, with his first editorial coming in June 2009, photographed by Matt Irwin for Dazed & Confused magazine. Cementing and continuing his long lasting relationship with Jil Sander, Daniyarov became the face of the brand in 2009. Further high profile appearances in magazines followed from 2009 through 2011 with editorials in AnOther Man, BlackBook, L’Officiel Hommes, 10 Men, Details, V Man, and GQ Style. Daniyarov has also appeared in a number of catalogs for high-end brands including Prada and Barneys. [2]

2010 and 2011 once again brought much success on the runway for Daniyarov, beginning in January 2010 when he opened and closed Versace’s fall show and also opened for Jil Sander. He then walked in fall shows in Milan and Paris for Dries Van Noten, Gianfranco Ferre, Salvatore Ferragamo, Kenzo and Pringle of Scotland. The next year saw the model back in Milan and Paris to walk for both Prada and Lanvin among others.
