Amanda Norgaard is signed with IMG Modeling Agency. Her work through the agency is often on covers and in editorials for a variety of publications. She has appeared in Elle Sweden publications. According to NY Mag her interests run towards writing, drawing, and ballet.
Her main interest is of course modeling which she started in Copenhagen in 2008. She was featured as a newcomer in August 2008 with a few appearances that year. In December she was in an editorial for Elle Sweden with photographs by Peter Gehrke. She also signed with Viva Modeling Agency in London.
She has worked for Viva and IMG. After signing with Viva in 2008, she switched to Supreme Management NY in 2009. At some point in 2010 she signed with DNA Models leaving Supreme Management. She has also been associated with MIKAs Stockholm, ModelWerk Hamburg, Avenue Modeller Gothenburg, Scoop Models Copenhagen, View Management Barcelona, Storm Model Management London, and Woman Milan. Her work for IMG is through the Paris and New York offices.
The following are a few highlights from Amanda Norgaard’s modeling career. After debuting in 2008, she debuted in Milan at the 2009 Neil Barrett show. She also appeared in the 2009 spring issue for Acne Paper with photographs by Ola Rindal.
During this same year she was in Dansk, a fall issue with photographs by Bo Egestroem. After signing with a new modeling agency in New York during 2009, Amanda walked the spring shows in London and Milan. These shows including brands like Prada, Christopher Kane, Fendi, Alberta Ferretti, Marni, and Missoni. A month later she walked in the spring Paris show wearing Chanel and Miu Mui. To round out the year she had an appearance in the Interview editorial with photographs by Robbie Fimmano.
The next year, 2010, was no less busy for Ms. Norgaard in terms of modeling work in a number of publications and runway appearances. She started out with an editorial for Harper’s Bazaar, walked the New York, London, Paris, and Milan shows for Rodarte and other famous brands as well as had photographs in 10.
By mid spring she was photographed for an editorial in Teen Vogue. In the fall she was walking the London and New York shows for DKNY, Lacoste, Pringle of Scotland, Burberry, and Julien Macdonald. Her last gig for 2010 was in the Dazed and Confused editorial.
In 2011, Amanda was in Vogue Russia and V Magazine for editorials.
She has made a number of appearances since 2011 including more recent runway, editorial, and campaign work in 2015. A few of her latest works include modeling for a DL1961 spring advertisement, Elle Sweden cover, and Alasdair spring 2015 lookbook. She is often in Swedish magazine Elle editorials as well. In addition to Elle Sweden magazine she has also been featured in Lucky Magazine, Tank and Elle Denmark.
