Alyona Osmanova

Alyona Osmanova is a Ukrainian model who was born on March 31, 1988. She has been actively modeling since 2006 after signing with the Supreme Management agency.

Early Modeling Career

With the help of Supreme Management, Alyona Osmanova quickly took the modeling industry by storm. Her first appearance was in a V magazine editorial, where she was featured alongside other models who had also just signed with Supreme management. During the same year, she walked the spring Marc Jacobs, Vera Wang, and Peter Som shows in New York as well as the Prada show in Milan and the Miu Miu show in Paris as an exclusive. She closed the year with editorials in both Teen Vogue and Italian Vogue.

In the year 2007, she graced the cover of Korean Vogue Girl and walked the fall Givenchy and Chanel couture shows in Paris. Osmanova also appeared in various editorials for Harper's Bazaar, Vogue and on Oprah while modeling a Vera Wang gown. Furthermore, she opened the spring Behnaz Sarafpour and closed the Yigal Azrouel shows in New York. Osmanova gained a lot of attention towards the end of the year when she photographed by Terry Tsiolis for an editorial in V magazine while kissing fellow model, Rachel Alexander.

Alyona Osmanova had a very busy year in 2008. Some her top accomplishments include appearing as the only female for the Donna Karan pre-fall presentation in New York and walked in the spring Christian Lacroix and Givenchy Couture shows in Paris. Within the same year, she also appeared in Editorials for the spring issue of 10, Italian Flair, and V.

The Later Years

In January of 2009, Osmanova made her way back into German Vogue and Harper's Bazaar. Dur the same month, she was featured on the cover of RUSSH, which was photographed by Derek Henderson. Osmanova modeled for the DKNY fall advertising campaign and walked the spring Christian Lacroix couture show in Paris. She closed the year and appearing in a spread in Tush that was photographed by David Slijper.

After four years of working solely with the Supreme Management modeling agency, she signed with Ford Models where she made appearances in numerous Jason Wu and Carolina Herrera presentations in New York. Osmanova shocked the industry when she decided to skip fashion week in February of 2010. She made her comeback in March with editorials for several magazines, including Italian Vogue, Dazed & Confused, and Elle.
