Well-known for her standout eyebrows, piercing blue eyes and lengthy legs, Allaire Heisig is a professional fashion model from Locust Valley, New York. Her name was inspired by her grandfather who owned a property in New Jersey called Allaire.
She was born in 1994 but didn't start modeling until the year 2009 after her mother's friend, who successfully modeled for the Ford Agency for many years, encouraged her to give it a shot. Ever since then, she has been no stranger to the runway.
Although she signed with Ford Models early in the year 2009, she didn't make her modeling debut until the year 2010 when she modeled for the Erin Fetherston look book. She also appeared in a rather popular Nylon editorial that was photographed by Marvin Scott Jarrett.
Allaire Heisig career picked up greatly in 2011. One of her top accomplishments was closing the fall Marc by Marc Jacobs show in New York City. Just a few months later, she made a major career move by signing with Viva Models in Paris and walked the fall Valentino couture show. In addition, Heisig was photographed by Deborah Turbeville for an editorial that appeared in Italian Vogue. She closed the year by walking the spring 3.1, Phillip Lim, Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti and Theyskens' Theory shows in New York.
As a model, she has been compared to Myf Shepherd, but when asked who she looked up the most she replied with Freja Beha. When heading off to castings, she never leaves without her journal as well as whatever book that she is reading at the time. Heisig claims that they help her to relax and serve as a reminder that there is no reason to worry.
Aside from modeling, Allaire Heisig has stated that she has a love for baking desserts in her spare time. Furthermore, she also enjoys spending time having fun with her best friends, such as Sharon Kavjian, Cailin Hill, and Josephine Skriver, who are also models.
In addition, Allaire Heisig has a strong passion for music. Two of her favorite artists are Lana del Rey and Adele. She often listens to music while performing Bikram Yoga and trying out new makeup techniques in her spare time. Her favorite designers include Valentino, Celine and Marc Jacobs. If she could walk for any designer it would be Ralph Lauren because it is a designer who everyone from her hometown is familiar with.
