Ali Stephens

Early Life

Ali Stephens is an American Fashion Model who was born on May 10, 1991 in Salt Lake City, Utah. The 23 year old model is 5’11”, with light-brown hair colour as well as beautiful blue-grey eye colour. Other than modelling, she is also a singer and a cross-country runner.

Stephens had no interest in modelling until she became good friends with Tony Garrn, who is now her fellow model.

Modelling Career

In March 2007, Stephens was discovered while out shopping with her family in Salt Lake where she signed a three year contract with Elite Model Management. This was after submitting Polaroid photos of herself. On September 25 in the same year, she debuted as an exclusive on the spring Prada runway in Milan. She also opened the spring Chloe show in Paris and walked for Louis Vouitton, Chanel, Dries Van Notten, and Givency.

In November 2007,’s “Model Mania” featured her as a rising star while Pop also featured her as a rising star, having been chosen by Russel Marsh, casting director of Prada and Miu Miu. During the same year, featured her as one of the members of an emerging group of catwalk stars, “The Top Ten”. 18th December 2007 saw Stephens featured by the as the second ranked model of spring 2008.

In 2008, she became the new face of Chloe and M Missoni . During the same year, David Sims photographed Stephens for CK by Calvin Klein, replacing model Raquel Zimmerman. Craig McDean photographed Stephens for Prada Sports together with Heidi Mount and Sasha Pivovarova. She also modelled for both Gap’s worldwide spring ad campaign and Chloe pre-fall presentation as the only girl in New York.

Stephens walked the spring Chanel and Givenchy couture shows in Paris as well as her first New York Fashion Week where she opened the fall Calvin Klein show as an exclusive in New York City. On February 2008, she opened the fall Nicole Farhi and CNC Costume National shows in London and Milan. She also closed the fall CNC Costume National, Balenciaga, and Roberto Cavalli shows in Paris and Milan.

On July 2008, Stephens closed the fall Anne Valerie Hash couture in Paris and walked for Christian Dior, Givenchy, and Chanel couture. She opened spring Peter Som show in New York on September 200 and closed the spring Sophia Kokosalaki, Jonathan Saunders, and Preen in the Paris and New York shows.

In 2009, she walked the fall Carolina Herrera, Valentino, Donna Karan, Lanvin, and Balenciaga shows in Paris, Milan, and New York. In January 2010, she walked the spring Jean Paul Gaultier couture show in Paris.

Throughout her modelling career, Stephens has appeared in several many fashion magazines including French Vogue, Italian Vogue, British Vogue, German Vogue, Vogue China, Japanese Vogue, Allure, i-D, Numero, as well as Revue de Modes. She has also appeared in editorials for The New York Times, V Magazine, Allure, Harper’s Bazaar, Italian Flair, French Elle, Japanese, German, Chinese, British, French, and American Vogue.

She has also appeared in several ads for Chloe, Prada, Gap, Karren Millen, Missoni, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Lacoste, Diane Von Furstenberg, Chanel mascara, Uniqlo, Calvin Klein ,and Geroges Rech.

Modelling Agencies

She has signed with modelling agencies such as Models 1, Wilhelmina Models (New York, Los Angeles, and Thailand) , Marilyn Models, Stockholms Gruppen Models, Model Management, Elite Model Management, and 2PM Model Management As an American newcomer, she is moving full speed ahead and tops in the list of some of the most promising talents in the fashion industry.
